Sayer Burnett was formed in 2009 by Christopher Sayer and Ranald Burnett. Following Ranalds retirement the firm continues under the same name from its city centre offices.
Chris was educated at the University of Freiburg and the University of Edinburgh. He enrolled as a solicitor in 1984 and became a partner at J & A Hastie SSC in 1987. He has been based in Edinburgh for thirty years now but has clients from all over the world.
Chris now lives in North east Fife. He has had a number of sporting interests over the years, and has been encouraged to retire from cricket, squash, tennis, badminton, volleyball, lacrosse etc, etc having attained a startling level of mediocrity in all the foregoing. There are similarly active plans to retire him from rugby and football which are still being resisted!
He is a fluent German speaker, with conversational French and a smattering of Italian and Russian.
Susie read English at St Andrews University. She is the firms administrator with an active knowledge of the affairs of the firm, property sales, I.T and general administration. She knows most clients of the firm and can discuss clients affairs with them.
The firms bookkeeper. Steve does the night shift at the office!
Our team of property viewers is headed by Keith Munro who always tries to accommodate viewings as requested and has an excellent knowledge of the properties and the surrounding areas which he uses to give both the viewers and the sellers an enthusiastic and professional service.
